An AI agent for Salesforce, built for small businesses
A FrugalPod AI agent for Salesforce does the upkeep your small team never has time for: it scores new leads, merges duplicate records, fills in missing details after calls and drafts follow-ups. It connects read-only by default. Any record change, and anything that would reach a customer, waits for your approval before it happens.
- FrugalPod’s sales pod works inside Salesforce with three agents: Lead qualifier, CRM keeper and Follow-up writer.
- Typical jobs are scoring inbound leads, merging duplicates, filling gaps after calls and drafting quotes.
- The connection is read-only to begin with, and you choose per agent whether it may change anything.
- Record changes and outgoing messages wait for your approval, and every action is logged.
- There are no per-seat fees, so a small team does not pay more for each person who reviews work.

How access to Salesforce works
When you connect Salesforce, FrugalPod asks for the narrowest permissions each agent needs, and the connection starts read-only. You decide, agent by agent, whether it may change anything in Salesforce. Even then, record changes wait for approval in the FrugalPod app or in Slack, until you choose to let a routine category go through by itself. You can revoke the connection at any time. If your Salesforce admin limits who can see which records, involve them when you connect, so each agent is given only what its job needs. Every action is written to an activity log. The security page explains how this works.

- Connect Salesforce, ideally with help from whoever administers it, and keep the connection read-only at first.
- Describe your ideal customer and list the fields every lead or contact must have.
- Review the first batch of suggestions before anything is written to Salesforce.
- Approve the good suggestions, correct the weak ones, and only then consider letting any change write to Salesforce.

How does FrugalPod work with Salesforce?
FrugalPod gives your sales desk work a team of agents that sit inside Salesforce rather than beside it. The sales pod reads your leads and records, proposes the changes, and waits for you to approve them in the app or in Slack. FrugalPod, Inc. charges for the work agents finish, in credits, with a hard budget cap on every pod. Start free with 100 credits, or see pricing. By default, nothing is sent, spent or changed without a yes.

Common questions
Something missing? Write to admin@frugalpod.com and a person will reply.
Is Salesforce too big for a small business?
Not necessarily, but it asks for steady upkeep. Many small teams adopt it, then find records drift out of date because nobody owns the cleanup. An agent can take on that routine work. If your needs are very simple, a lighter CRM may fit better.
Can the agent edit my Salesforce data on its own?
No. The connection is read-only by default. If you let an agent write, each change still waits for approval in the FrugalPod app or in Slack. You can later allow a routine kind of change to go through by itself, and you can switch that off again.
Will it email my leads automatically?
It drafts follow-ups, and nothing is sent until you approve it. Outreach honours opt-outs, quiet hours and consent rules such as CAN-SPAM, and a message that looks risky is flagged before it goes out.
Do I pay for each person who uses it?
No. FrugalPod has no per-user pricing, so your whole team can use it on every plan. You pay in credits for the work agents do, where 1 credit is 1 cent. Plans start free with 100 credits, then Starter at $19 a month or Pro at $49.
