Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and be authorised to act for your organisation. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. The service

FrugalPod provides AI agents that prepare work inside tools you connect. By default, actions that send, spend, publish or change records wait for your approval. You decide what agents may do on their own, and you are responsible for the actions you approve or allow agents to take, and for your use of connected third-party tools under their own terms.

3. AI output

AI agents can make mistakes. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete, so review it before you approve or rely on it, particularly for financial, legal, employment or customer-facing decisions. FrugalPod does not provide legal, tax, accounting or employment advice.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use FrugalPod to break the law; send spam or messages without the consent the law requires; infringe others’ rights; make unlawful or discriminatory decisions about people; attempt to access other customers’ data; interfere with the service; or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

5. Your data

You keep all rights to the content you bring into FrugalPod and the output agents produce for you. You give us permission to process that content only to provide and secure the service for you. We never use your data to train AI models. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

6. Plans, credits and payment

You can pay as you go, buying credits at the published rate with no monthly fee, or choose a monthly plan that includes an allowance of credits. Agents use credits as they complete work. Plan credits are granted each billing month and do not roll over; credits you buy do not expire. You can buy additional credits at the published rate on any plan. Prices are shown on our pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Free credits offered when you start have no cash value. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Our intellectual property

FrugalPod and its software, design and branding belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the service while your account is active; they do not transfer ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of these terms.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using FrugalPod at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms or if needed to protect the service or others. When your account ends, you can export your data, and we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date below and, for material changes, give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. General

These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the service, unless you have signed a separate agreement with us, in which case that agreement takes priority. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FrugalPod, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
