What is a credit?
One credit is one cent. Agents are charged for the AI they use, by how much it reads and writes, so a quick task costs less than a long one. Your usage page shows exactly where credits went.
How does pay as you go work?
There is no monthly fee. Buy credits whenever you need them: $1 buys 100 credits, in packs of $10, $25 or $50, or any amount from $5. Credits you buy never expire, and you can turn on auto pay to top up when your balance runs low.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits refresh every month and don’t roll over. Credits you buy and your free welcome credits never expire, and plan credits are always used first.
What if we need more credits?
Buy more at any time at $1 per 100 credits on any plan, or move to a larger plan. An upgrade adds the extra credits straight away.
Do we pay per user?
No. FrugalPod is priced by the work agents do, not by seats, so your whole team can use it on every plan.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Every new account starts with 100 free credits, and no card is needed.
Can spending run away?
No. Every pod has a hard budget cap that agents cannot exceed, and anything that spends money waits for your approval.
