Why build your own tools

Every small business has a handful of jobs done the same way over and over: working out a quote, checking a job is finished properly, planning who works when. They often live in someone’s head or in a spreadsheet only one person understands.

Turning them into small internal tools makes them quicker, consistent and easy to hand to anyone on the team. You build each tool around the way you already work, so nobody has to learn a new process.

Yes. FrugalPod has no per-user pricing, so everyone on the team can use what you build on every plan.

Is it really free to build?

Yes. Building on FrugalPod is free. When AI agents do work inside what you build, they use credits, and every account starts with 100 free credits and no card. After that you pay as you go at $1 per 100 credits, or pick a monthly plan.
